With this plan, a site manager is assigned to your lab and will periodically meet with you to review your service history and make recommendations for improving instrument performance and productivity to keep your lab operating at its best during times of critical usage.
The Premier Service Plan is available for mass spectrometry, chromatography, trace elemental, molecular spectroscopy, sample preparation, and discrete industrial analyzer instruments.
