Our Unity Lab Services team proudly offers two pipette service programs:

Basic Calibration Program: provides a thorough external evaluation of the pipette(s) performance to gravimetrically validate the desired accuracy and precision standards are being achieved.

Preventive Maintenance and Calibration Program: combines a thorough internal and external evaluation of the pipette(s) performance with a high quality repair, preventive maintenance, and calibration program. This ensures gravimetrically that the desired accuracy and precision standards are being achieved.

We thoroughly evaluate and make recommendations for any further maintenance.

Recommendations and costs are presented to the customer. If the customer agrees to pursue the suggested maintenance, the repairs, PM, and calibration are performed.

If the repair charges are declined the customer only pays the evaluation fee and the pipette(s) are returned promptly.

1 If a pipette fails the Basic Calibration Program, the customer is contacted with reason(s) for failure and recommended course of action (i.e. a full preventive maintenance service under the PM and Calibration Program). If the PM and Calibration program is authorized by the customer, the pipette(s) will roll over into that service program.
